Goods For Good


The Task

Raise awareness of non-profit Goods for Good, which empowers communities in Malawi to support orphans and children in need, by providing goods and building businesses.

What We Did

Conducted a thorough analysis of the G4G organization, on the lookout for programs that, with LLR’s assistance, would garner the most attention amongst corporate and private donors by leveraging the right third party alignments.

Targeted their Tailor in Training Program by establishing the Goods for Good Fashion Council, populated with key industry members from publishing, design, production, marketing, photography and casting. Resulted in several high profile events including the Goods for Good Gala held at Milk Studios featuring a host committee that included Valerie Boster, Chanel Iman and Behati Prinsloo, and resulted in media as diverse as features in GOOD Magazine and the printed pages of Vogue.

Revamped the charity’s annual holiday e-card program by gathering a select group of illustrators and cartoonists to provide custom images. Vastly increased standard donations and gaining valuable awareness for the charity through social and traditional media (Cool Hunting, Paper Magazine, Daily Candy). The following year, created a partnership with retailer Vince to produce a set of letterpress quality cards, launched with a VIP Rufus Wainwright concert and sold nationwide.
